Never underestimate the power of 'doing nothing', as life can bring many unexpected events that may require action and reactions. Energy is not consumed by activity alone. The energy one spends is what sustains them.

Andrew Tate's mother has suffered a heart attack while she was in Romania, and now he is asking that she be returned to the UK.

On Friday night, Andrew Tate shared photos of his mother who was waiting at Gatwick airport after landing from her trip to Romania. He captioned the post 'Back home today!! So grateful to be with Mum and Dad. Hope you have a great weekend.' The next day, Tate posted a picture of himself with his mom's nurse, who told him that his mother had sustained a cardiac arrest while on holiday with him. He wrote, 'I know this must come as a shock, but there are no hard feelings. My mum needs to go back home. The doctor says she needs to rest and recover.' Tate also stated that he was having difficulty contacting his mother due to the situation and urged fans to send well wishes. He concluded his statement by saying, 'Think of us and give love'.

Tate took his mother to Cheadle Hospital, where a doctor assured him that she was safe. However, after some time, doctors discovered that Ms. Seargent-Tate had been rushed to Aston Hospital where she received treatment and underwent an angioplasty procedure. She was released, but her husband later told BBC Radio that she was experiencing symptoms such as shortness of breath and chest pain. In light of these, Tate felt it was important to request his mother be returned to England.

Andrew Tate has since deleted posts that were meant to promote the reality show, and instead is focusing on promoting mental health through his foundation. He has called for support and understanding in addressing the situation; and has said, 'We need help and support at this time, and I need your input because we are trying to get our heads together.' Andrew expressed how much he and his family appreciated their fans for sending messages offering well wishes, but added that they needed to receive help from others.

The father of four previously announced that he would be making major changes to his life, including living modestly, giving up alcohol and taking better care of himself.
