Instead, she wore two different colorful outfits designed by designer Cong Tri. The Cong Tri museum is known for its impressive collection of Vietnamese traditional attire that dates back more than 700 years. Cong Tri is considered a symbol of Vietnamese culture and history, so it's no surprise that Katy Perry would choose to wear the iconic garment to show respect for the country.
