Orlando Magic rout New York Knicks with Wagner, Banchero's game-winning efforts
Magic Wins Big Over Knicks, Wagner & Banchero Show Their Might
The Orlando Magic defeated the New York Knicks by 117-108 last night at the Amway Center, thanks in large part to the powerful contributions of their two most important players, Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero.
Wagner, who scored 26 points, eight assists, five rebounds, and five steals, was instrumental in the Magic's victory. He dished out several crucial passes, set up teammates for easy baskets, and even snatched away a few turnovers from the Knicks' star player, Troy Daniels. His defensive presence alone was enough to make him one of the best players in the league.
Banchero, who added 13 points, six rebounds, and six assists, was equally impressive. He was a force in the paint, rebounding several missed shots and contributing several key deflections. He also displayed his all-around skills, shooting some clutch three-pointers and making important plays on both ends of the court.
